News: Update on your email service at Emubox

As part of the migration to Emubox, the address of our mail servers is now mail.emubox.ch. If you are not using our email services, this change does not affect you.

We have already updated all relevant DNS records (e.g. MX record) for your domain(s). Therefore, no changes are required in your DNS settings.

If you use an email client, please update both the incoming and outgoing mail server to mail.emubox.ch to ensure proper connection.

Our mail servers support Autodiscover/Autoconfig. Most programs will configure automatically. For manual setup, please refer to the following guides: Apple Mail on Mac / iPhone/iPad, Microsoft Outlook, Gmail or Thunderbird.

Throughout and after the migration, our mail servers have remained fully accessible. Your emails have always been delivered and can be accessed at any time via Emubox Webmail.
