Email Settings
- Set up your email account on your devices
- To use an email address from Emubox on your desired work devices, we offer a practical setup guide to configure your email account on your work device or smartphone. You can find the guide here.
- Set up an absence notice
- You're going on vacation or are away for some time due to business reasons? Then you can set up an absence notice using the Settings page in the Web Portal.
- Set up forwarding
- In the Settings page in the Web Portal, you can set up forwarding for your new email address. All incoming emails will then be automatically forwarded to a defined email address.
- Configure spam filter
- In the spam filter settings, define how sensitive the spam filter should evaluate incoming emails as spam. Define which senders you want to block and capture your personal list of trusted senders.
- Set up alternative email addresses
- If you want to send emails from different-looking email addresses, you can set up alternative email addresses (also known as aliases). Additionally, all incoming emails will be forwarded to these alternative email addresses.
