In the Emubox Web Hosting Panel (with web hosting product)
You can easily create an absence message or absence note in the form of an automatic reply. To do this, proceed as follows:
Log into your web hosting panel at https://plesk01.emubox.ch with your Emubox ID and open your hosting.
Select "Mail" from the menu. You will see an overview of all the email addresses you have created. Click directly on the desired e-mail address, here in the example "[email protected]".
Now select the menu item "Auto-Reply" in the middle and you will see the active out-of-office note, if one exists.
By activating "Switch on auto-reply", you can enter the desired out-of-office message in the "Auto-reply message text" field.
Finally, click "Apply" to save this automatic reply.
You can then optionally set an end date for the automatic reply in the overview at the bottom. To do this, activate "Switch off auto-reply on" and set an end date.
Click "OK" to save the changes and exit this view.
