Would you like to set up your own email addresses for your domain on your hosting with Emubox or add another one? Our step-by-step guide below will take you through the individual steps so that you can successfully create the email address.
In the Emubox Web Panel (with hosting product)
To create a new e-mail address, proceed as follows:
Log into your web panel at https://plesk01.emubox.ch with your Emubox ID. Select the "Email" item in the menu.
Select «Create Email Address».
Enter the desired e-mail address (e.g. «peter» before the @) and, if you have several domains, select the corresponding domain.
In the «Password» field, enter a secure password with at least 8 letters and one number. Enter it again in the «Confirm password» field to check it.
Optionally, you can generate a secure password by clicking on «Generate» and then make it visible by clicking on «Show».
Finally, create the settings by clicking on «OK».
By default, your e-mail account storage space is set to 1 GB. However, you can define this number according to your wishes (max. 5 GB per e-mail inbox).
You can now access your new e-mail address via our webmail or set it up in an e-mail program of your choice.
