To set up your email accounts as quickly and easily as possible on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), we recommend that you use our email wizard.
The e-mail assistant will find the right instructions for your device. For Apple devices, all the necessary settings can even be made automatically via a configuration file.
To use the e-mail wizard, proceed as follows:
- Log in to your web hosting panel at https://plesk01.emubox.ch with your Emubox ID and open your hosting.
- Go to «Mail», «Email Addresses» and click on the
icon.
- Select your e-mail program.
Note: If you are unsure or your e-mail program is not listed, please use the default settings. These are valid for every e-mail program.
→ The correct instructions will be displayed. Follow the instructions to set up your e-mail account.
- If you are using an Apple device (macOS or iOS): Click on the link below to download the configuration file.
- Once the configuration file has been downloaded, open the file and enter the password for your e-mail address.
- Follow the installation instructions for Apple Mail or iPhone/iPad to complete the automatic setup.
