The Emubox ID is your personal login that allows you to log into the Emubox Control Panel and access all Emubox products and contracts.
All customers can have a Emubox ID, whether they are a contract holder or a technical contact for a web hosting. For new customers, a Emubox ID is automatically created when an order is placed. If you are already a customer but do not yet have a Emubox ID, please follow the instructions in the article «How do I create a Emubox ID?»
Your Emubox ID gives you direct access to the Emubox Control Panel, where you’ll find your Emubox account and can use the following important features:
- View and manage all your web hostings
- Manage your domains
- Change the DNS zone and name servers for your domains
- View your contracts
- Manage your payment methods
- Manage access rights for domains and web hostings
- Change your contact details
- Change the contract holder
- View open orders and invoices
