It used to be possible to conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) with Emubox via the Emubox Control Panel. However, this is no longer possible since the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) has entered into force on September 1, 2023, as the provisions of the DPA have now been integrated into the Emubox General Terms and Conditions and automatically apply to all customer relationships. Emubox customers do not have to take any further action with regard to FADP compliance.
Important: Please note that Emubox does not sign individual DPAs for customers. Only Emubox’s DPA as a component of the GTC will apply.
