Using the Emubox default configuration

You want to revert the email service to Emubox?

Here’s how to proceed:

1. Log in to the Control Panel with your Emubox ID.
   
   
2. Navigate to the «Services» > «Domains» menu item and select the domain you want to edit.
   
   
3. Click on «DNS Management» to access the DNS management.
   

   

   → You will now see the DNS records of your domain.
   
   

4. In DNS management, select the template «Emubox Default» and confirm with the «Submit» button.
   → By default, this template deletes all MX, TXT, and SRV records from your existing DNS configuration.
   

   
   
   

5. Confirm the warning regarding the DNS records to be deleted with «OK».
   
   
6. Then click on «Save Changes».
