Do you want to revert the email service to Emubox?
To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Control Panel with your Emubox ID.
- Navigate to the menu item «Services» > «Domains» and select the domain you want to edit.
- Click on «DNS Management» to access the DNS management section.
→ You will now see the DNS entries of your domain.
- In the DNS management section, select the template «Emubox Mailserver» and confirm by clicking the «Submit» button.
→ By default, this template will delete all MX, TXT, and SRV entries of your existing DNS configuration.
- Confirm the warning regarding the DNS entries to be deleted by clicking «OK».
- Then click on «Save Changes».
