Configuring Google Workspace

Do you want to use the Google Mail service with your own domain?

Proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the Control Panel with your Emubox ID.
   
   
2. Navigate to the menu item «Services» > «Domains» and select the domain you want to edit.
   
   
3. Click on «DNS Management» to enter the DNS management.
   

   

   → You will now see the DNS records of your domain.
   
   

4. In DNS Management, select the template «Google Workspace» and confirm with the button «Submit».
   → By default, this template deletes all MX, TXT, and SRV records of your existing DNS configuration.
   

   
   
   

5. Confirm the warning regarding the DNS records to be deleted with «OK».
   
   
6. After a few seconds, you will find the new MX / SPF / TXT records in your domain management:
   

   
   
   

7. The verification code is not mandatory. If you receive one from Google, please enter it in the field:
   

   
   
   

8. You can optionally adjust the DMARC record:
   

   
   
   

9. Then click on «Save Changes».
