1. Reset password
If you have forgotten your password for your hosting, please do the following:
- Log into your Emubox customer area.
If you have forgotten the password for your Emubox ID, click on «Forgot password» and follow the instructions. - Once logged into the Emubox customer area, you will find a list of all your web hosting subscriptions in the menu on the left under «Services» > «Web Hosting».
- Select the web hosting for which you want to reset the password.
- In the menu «Web Control Panel Access» you will find the current login data.
- In the menu «Reset password» you can create a new password.
This will be automatically generated by clicking the «Reset password» button and can be viewed in the «Web Control Panel Access» menu.
2. I do not know the email address of the billing contact
2.1 Receive access data by mail
If your registered email address is no longer valid or you do not receive the email, our support can arrange for you to receive your access data by A-mail sent to the billing address. Please contact our support regarding this.
Please ensure to update the email address of the billing contact during your next login in the Emubox customer area.
2.2 Change email address of the billing contact
Ensure that the registered email address of the billing contact and your technical contact are always current. These are needed as described above, for example, for resetting passwords, newsletters, and customer information.
Please adjust this address after your first login to ensure future correspondence.
2.3 Update contact details
You can update the email address of the billing contact by accessing «Account Details» in the Emubox customer area and selecting the tab «Edit Details».
